The 2007 Northwoods League co-MVP Kole Calhoun was suspended for the remainder of the season Wednesday after violating team rules. Express manager Dale Varsho says Calhoun is eligible to return to the team in 2009. Calhoun was one of the team's top hitters and its closer out of the bullpen. Earlier this month, Calhoun represented the Express at the Northwoods League all-star game.
